No late entries will be accommodated after the closing date on the 11th of April 2016 at Midnight.

*Please Note:
If you are not a Western Province Triathlon Association registered athlete, you will be required to purchase a temporary day license – from the Western Province Triathlon table at registration.

*Ages will apply as of 31st December 2016, the year of competition. Be aware of the age restrictions regarding distances of participation; please refer to race rules for restrictions.

Aid Stations:

1 Aid station on Road Bike leg
2 Aid stations on run leg, athletes on the long course will complete two laps of 5km.

Food and refreshments
There will be a variety of food and refreshments available for all.

Few important notes
Time trial bikes are allowed
NO SWIM CAPS will be provided. 
Bring your own Bright coloured swim cap, it is compulsory for the swim leg
Swimsuits are allowed.
Race numbers goes on the back for cycle leg and on the front for the run leg.
Road Bike – Tri bars and time trial bikes allowed.                                           
There are some rough sections on the route, so please remember to bring spares
Please obey instructions and general rules of the road.



REMEMBER THAT HELMETS MUST BE CLIPPED IN FOR AS LONG AS YOUR BIKE IS IN YOUR HANDS
